BRIEF

A series of bespoke oak elements designed to complement the character of this stone-built equestrian property. The work included substantial oak lintels, two grand oak entrance structures and a traditional oak side porch, each carefully detailed to sit naturally within the existing architecture.

The oak brings warmth, texture and a strong sense of craftsmanship to the otherwise robust stone elevations, with considered proportions and traditional detailing tying the various entrances together as a cohesive whole. A project centred on honest materials, careful detailing and timber that will develop character with age.
